Story Behind the Product:

Peruvian artisan Willy Macedo has specialized in stone-carving since 1995. Working with a renowned gemstone sculptor in the capital, he perfected his technique. 'I am more of a technician than an artist,' he says, this because he works in replicas. 'Art is creating something from nothing.' Yet he shows a highly refined skill in each realistic sculpture.
