I have been into Asian decor since 1980 and have many pieces. This wall plaque is beautiful, well made and goes with my rosewood furniture very well. I would highly recommend it if you like this type of home decoration. The only problem that I have is that the price is too high.
The piece was ok. It looks a bit cheap, at first glance I thought it was plastic and priced to high. It was smaller than I expected. I framed it and it made all the difference. It didn't have any presence by itself.

I received this item yesterday. Ordered it in the rosewood finish and was extremely happy with it! I hung it in an entrance hall off the kitchen immediately. It is a striking piece and I am sure I will receive many complements on it.....you can't miss seeing it as it stares you in the face when sitting at my kitchen table. As usual, I am 99.99999% percent happy with any items I have previously ordered from OS (only returned one item since I began buying a couple of years ago).

I ordered this plaque last month. I had ordered it in the rosewood. It looks very good, and it's a nice size. My only problem with this piece is that it doesn't look hand made or hand carved, which is what I thought I was paying for. The paque looks factory made. I think that the price is too high for something that appears to be factory made. Other than that, it is a nice piece.

i like the plaque a lot, i was just hoping it was a bit bigger? overall i would have to say this was a great idea and i would purchase it again... just be aware of the measurements for the place you plan to hang it. great color!

The product was as expected, except the pictures look like the finish is very glossy. It isn't. I go the rosewood version. The hanging hardware is nice. Overall I like the piece.
I'm not sure the price is great. Overstock varies from average market prices to very worthwhile. Unless you find the item elsewhere, its hard to determine if it really is a good value.
