Natural Fiber Storage Bench (Indonesia)

I ended up buying a striped one and plain one and, while I like both, the stripe is especially nice looking. Maybe a little more expensive than they are probably worth but their looks and functionality make up for that. They are both very sturdy and fairly comfortable with a good amount of room to store a blanket, magazines (I even jammed a pillow in there in a crunch!), etc. BUT, as noted in at least one other review, they both came with a fairly strong musty/moldy smell but no visible signs of mold. After a couple applications of Lysol spray and wiping the interior down, it did go away and I'm very happy with both of them. A decent buy I'd say!

I ordered two of these benches. I always get compliments on them from friends/family. Comfortable to sit on, look nice, and very well built.

This is a great piece of art and furniture. The fact that I can also use this as a storage is an awesome feature. The natural material used makes this storage bench unique. Definitely a recommended product.

There were molds and mildew inside the storage. I still can't get rid of the smell even after cleaning it with Lysol. It would have been a nice piece of furniture except for the smell.
