This product was created in North Western India. Once the British removed its armed forces from the region in the late 40's a majority of the industries available for the local economy disappeared with them. I bought these two tables to use as a coffee table. I have two couches and not a lot of space in my living room. These tables give me a variety of options. I can push them together to look like one unit or put one near each couch when I have company. I love the versatility and convenience. They're well-made, the color is beautiful, and no assembly! Great for small places, but I wouldn't recommend using them as end tables as they are very short.
I just thought they were lovely and very sturdy. I would recommend them to anyone.
