The Story Behind the Product:
Aiming to market tribal products, and improve the quality of life of the tribal people, in 1973 the Baptist Christian Service Foundation sponsored the creation of the 'Thai Tribal Crafts,' which is a grass-roots, non-profit and self-sustained agency, operating under the principles of promoting fair trade, preserving the traditional arts and crafts of tribal people.

I love this purse! It looks even better than pictured. The strap is wide so very comfortable to carry - I can even wear it cross body which is great.
The only thing it is missing is a cell phone pocket but other than that it's perfect. I get a lot of compliments on it.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Few times a year
This purse is very roomy. It will fit more than I usually carry. It doesn't have inside pockets, but I can fix that by buying a purse organizer to put inside it. It will probably help it stand up better too.
The strap is thicker, it feels kind of odd on my shoulder. I'll have to tweak it a little to get it to be more user friendly.
The bag color is nice, the embroidery on it is nice. It's not as stunning as I thought it would be, but it is different. And I like unique items. Just the fact that it is made in Thailand makes it more interesting. I am keeping it for myself.
This bag is just stunning! It's very roomy, comfortable on the shoulder and the best part -- it's absolutely gorgeous! The picture doesn't do it justice actually. I didn't realize that it would be shipping directly from Thailand and not from overstock's warehouse - but I got it within 9 business days. Now that's fast shipping :)
