The Story Behind the Product
G. Phillip is a skillful carver and cabinet maker in Nsawam, Ghana. He provides gainful employment to many smaller carvers in the area. He incorporates metal accents in many of his work. He is environmentally conscious and uses fallen logs and government approved lumber for his carving.

This item is a work of art. The color is a bit lighter that pictured, however it is still beautiful.
It is sturdy, yet delicate looking. I used it to store a birthday gift. It is a beautiful find.

The quality and appearance of this box were not as expected and the box did not look anything like the online photo. Color is very washed out and light, not vibrant like the online pic. Nothing to write home about and very little value for the price. Quality of the workmanship is sub-par. Wood is thick, but carving is not fine.
