This product was created in North Western India. Once the British removed its armed forces from the region in the late 40's a majority of the industries available for the local economy disappeared with them. Kind of cheap looking but it doesn't matter because it arrived broken and it's going back.
I just love this end table! It is an excellent value and is made with a wonderful rich brown wood and it is built well. This end table will really enhance any room. The end table was also packaged really well so it came in perfect condition.

I didn't check the dimentions when ordering, so it's a little too tall for the chair I bought to go with. Great color and very solid. you could probably use it as a bar stool.

I am using this stool as a tall side table in an Arts and Crafts style room. While the piece does not have much visible wood grain, it has a smooth top and nice, evenly applied dark-brown stain, and its construction is well-balanced and sturdy. No assembly required. You could do a lot worse.

This is exactly what the description says it is- it is a good stool (perfect height), but also could be used as a slightly high end table. It has excellent construction and is VERY sturdy. It has an Asian feel and we just love the wood.
