With a flair for creating show pieces, his work has won national wards and some of his pieces have even been exhibited in Europe. Forson employs scores of young, talented carvers to keep the carving industry thriving. Each is very skilled in their trade and they are required to undergo continuing education in craft techniques to sharpen their skills. He is involved in all aspects of his carvers' lives so they can plan for their future and become productive members of society.
