We have worked with Dadan for over 25 years. She is the center of a family-run group of artisans that employs dozens of other artisans making jewelry. Dadan is an extraordinary person. She has a keen eye for good design and artistic production, and is truly mission-control in her family business. Each component of each piece of jewelry is made by different artisans in different villages, and she orders and tracks each piece as it is made and comes in. Dadan is soft spoken, a devout Buddhist, and makes a point of employing people of all faiths: Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, and Buddhist artisans all work in her group.

I puchased this necklace as a gift for a friend. It reminded me of jewelry that I purchase at one of my favorite stores and would sell for much more. This necklace didn't disappoint and is just as nice as it's upscale counterpart. If I look at it one more time, I'll probably keep it for myself and order another for my friend. I really like the look and quality of this necklace. I have received many compliments on this item.The different colors and sizes of the stones create a great look. It's worth the price, I would recommend it as a fun piece that looks great!
I was impressed with this necklace. It looks especially nice with browns and teal/turquoise. I paired it with some copper accessories and it made a simple brown dress look very elegant.
