disappointing

I was really looking forward to receiving this clock, but it was a big disappointment. The hands are apparently made of a very flimsy metal, and somehow the big hand got bent and it gets caught on the small hand when you try to set it to the correct time. It is behind the glass, so there is no way for me to fix it. Also, the cover to the battery compartment is made of a thin plastic and falls off very easily. I love Overstock, and I'm sorry this one has to go back.
