Story Behind The Art
This handcrafted item comes from a third generation family-run factory in mainland China. Their hand-painting, hand-rubbed lacquering and hand-tooling skills have been passed down for many generations. These artists are highly respected in their craft and their culture which has survived through many Chinese dynasties. We are proud to support them in their quest to keep their age-old techniques alive for future generations.

I got this to go in my bedroom, was so cool looking I hung it on the wall. Looks really neat as a headboard for a low futon bed. It smells like real grass.
