Story Behind the Art:

Kenari was born in Celuk, Indonesia, a village famous for gold and silversmiths. From the time she was very young, Kenari learned to craft silver jewelry. She assisted her uncle in his silver workshop until 2003, when she married an artist from Gianyar and moved to that city. Though gone from the silverwork environment, Kenari still crafts jewelry and her husband supports her fully in her trade. Today, Kenari works in an art shop and remains active in designing silver jewelry, constantly developing new designs.
