There is a saying in Hebrew: Matan Baseter - Giving incognito(giving in secrecy). Every person deserves a chance. Even a 55-year-old immigrant from Russia, who lost her old profession, has little language and has little chance of being employed. All the artisans live in the center of Israel in a perimeter of 100 miles.
