Story Behind the Art:
My name is Parinya Nanjai, and I'm from Northern Thailand. For my paintings, I like the northern Thai style because I was born here - it's always in my way of thinking and in my heart. I have tried other styles but they didn't look right. After a while, I stopped using other styles. When I work, I have no model; I rely on my imagination. I paint from my own thoughts, and the Lanna style is always on my mind. I am Thai, so depicting Thai culture and religion is my nature.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.

I expected this piece of art to be a lot larger and was quite surprised and disappointed when I opened the box upon arrival. I was tempted to return but the colors on this artwork were so vibrant that I decided to keep it. I do wish it was a much larger piece of artwork. Overall, the colors are vibrant, it is set in a very nice black frame, and adds a nice touch to my living room.
