Fine Lambskin Leather African Briefcase (Ghana)

The Fine Lambskin Leather African Briefcase (Ghana) was unique and was a gift to my friend who is going to law school. I liked the case, and so did she, but it was pretty smelly. She said she didn't mind it, but when I took it out of the box, the smell (of the leather, stain, and whatever else) nearly bowled me over! The leather was stiff, but I guess it'll soften over time. All in all, we're satisfied with the purchase.

This bag is excellent. The only drawback is a little smaller than what I expected.

I bought this briefcase hoping that it would be something a bit different in which to carry my laptop. I was very disappointed with what arrived. The color was not true to the picture. The leather is definitely not lambskin. It is thick and inflexible. The briefcase is so stiff that it's hard to open the flaps to get inside. The configuration is more like that of a child's school satchel. All the slots inside are the same size and didn't hold my laptop very well...........it wouldn't go all the way down into the slot. In addition, there was a price tag stuck to the briefcase that was much less than I paid for this item through Overstock. I wouldn't recommend this product as described. This is the first time that I have been disappointed with anything from Overstock.
