Story Behind the Art:
This is a Fair Trade product, handcrafted by artisans in India. These cushions are created by merging several traditional art forms like embroidery, applique, mirror work and hand-block printing. Various fabrics, hand-block printed using natural dyes, are pieced together using embroidery stitches and embellished with mirror work.
This is made by women artisans in Southern India. Fair Trade practices ensure fair wages, no child labor, equal rights for women, preservation of traditional arts and development opportunities for these underprivileged artisans.

What is Worldstock?

The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.
