    About the artist: Alaya Cholprasertsuk

    'I was born in Bangkok, Thailand. When I was a child, I had the chance to study drawing and painting under artists. One day I got the opportunity to learn the process of batik.I thought it was fantastic because I could create anything on the cloth with a free mind. I love to design my batik with earth tones, which tell about my simple, easy, and free character. This craft is my pride and my I would like to have a little workshop where I would hire people who want to learn and work with me.'

Really nice!

I ordered all three of the paintings but only this one arrived. I was truly disappointed as I really wanted all three to complete the set. For what its worth, I do like having this one, its even more beautiful and appealing to the eyes haging on the wall instead of viewing via the computer. I'll bet you'll love it too.
