Jiap Rojjana was born into a farming family. Her parents worked hard to send the children to school. Jiap wanted to continue his education, so she set off to northern Thailand, looking for work to pay for university.
'The idea of working with textiles came after visiting a silk shop. Such a wide range of beautifully colored, intricate cloth patterns mesmerized me! I bought some cloth to make myself a dress. With scrap pieces, I made a few cushions for a friend, who liked them so much, she offered to buy more as gifts. So, I started making clothes, wall hangings, table runners, cushion covers and more in beautiful silk and cotton. I became enthralled; I was doing something I loved and bringing in an income. Eventually, I was able to support my two children and send money to my parents, brother and sister.

I LOVE my bag and will buy another very soon! I had a bag similar to this one for a while (May 09). It was tearing in the inside and it was a very thin fabric, so I did some research and found this perfect bag and it's very durable, other then my other one. I also wanted a more ethnic look, so this was the bag for me. It cost more than my other bag, but it was worth the price!
Beautiful Bag-took some time to arrive but well worth the shipping wait!
This bag is great! Very durable and comfortable to wear. Great handbag, book bag, or baby bag. I plan to get more colors! The size is great as well, very roomy.
