    Story Behind the Art

    These items are made in a small studio in the North of Israel in a town called Tivon (half way between Haifa and Nazareth. The studio is owned by Avihu Zur, a master craftsman, painter, organic farmer, gourmet chef, and father of five. Avihu's studio employs many talented jewelers including Bedouin women who come from nearby Arab villages. Avihu is known for his pioneering and superior quality craftsmanship with Roman glass jewelry and sells to fine galleries on four continents.
