Great shoji screen for the money. Be aware that the cherry blossoms are more orange in color than dark red.

I bought this screen for my daughter who is redecorating her room with an Asian theme, only to find the same screen sold in a catalogue for $89. I'm so disappointed in the value. My daughter, however, is enjoying her screen.

This screen is very nice and it looks great in my step-daughter's room. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is that the flowers are not as red as they look in the picture... You could probobly color them in a bit more with a marker or something. Otherwise, it is a beautiful addition to our home.

This screen was packed so well for travel! My only criticism is that the flowers look a little like Dr. Seuss drawings. I like Dr. Seuss so I am ok with it but I didn't see that in the photo before purchasing. We have it in our master bedroom and it looks just fine.

Excellent packaging! the material of the screen is almost "crepe-paper" like and was no damaged in any way... exactly what I was looking for in quality and craftsmanship... I would highly recommend!

The frame and hardware are very good. The "rice paper" appears to be interfacing material, not age-old methods and materials. The blossom color is not correct, nor is it as advertised. Shipment was fast, but overall this was not a good experience with Overstock.com.

The screen was almost every thing it was pictured and described to be. Other than the color of the tree and blossoms being too subdued or faded, it was everything I had hoped for.

This is just a beautiful screen, already assembled - just pull it out and put it up. I use it as a divider between my bathroom and bedroom with a night light behind it to illuminate the screen at night. I have had so many compliments on the screen. The color is more of a dark tangerine, but it works well with my earthtone colors. I also bought a stand for it separately to sturdy it ,as I have animals that could knock it over. Great purchase - just love it!

The blossoms are not as red as in the picture online, but I don't care. This screen is still a wonderful piece, affordable, and looks great in my red room.

I first purchased one screen to see if I liked it, loved it and bought another one. I am using them as a window treatment for a very large window. I have received lots of compliments.

Really cute!! It already comes assembled and you pull it right out of the box. I currently have it up in my bed room and it is just too cute. I feel it was worth the price. It arrived right on schedule as estimated. Good quality. My only complaint is that the cherry blossoms are not as red as they look in the picture (not a big deal), but I still really love this item. Worth the purchase!

I am very pleased with this screen. I have a few Asian motifs going on in my living room, i.e wall hangings, and some beautiful clay china dolls, so buying chinese style privacy screens was actually my hubby's idea. We needed something to put in front of the glass porch doors for privacy and I didn't want any type of curtain. I wanted something easy to just put up at night but be able to see out the door in day. So when the spouse mentioned these for an option, I jumped on my ol' standby Overstock.com & sure enough there were many gorgeous screens to choose from. We bought two, the other one is pretty too but I actually like this one better. The other one doesn't have the black framing on it's frontside, which to me makes it look more detailed, sharp, balanced, and more expensive, it just has a picture of geisha girls & it's pretty enough, but this one is sharp, with just the simple cherry blossom, (sometimes less really IS more), the color is brilliant, detailed & it really looks nice. Very satified buyer:)

When my husband came home from the hospital after suffering a stroke he had to use a bedside commode and was very embarrassed. I ordered the screen to give him some privacy and it arrived quickly and added not only privacy but beauty to the "recovery room". Visiting therapists have all commented on what a great idea this was and I told them to recommend Overstock to their clients.

Only after reading all the reviews did I order this screen and I am so happy I did! I love it! The cherry blossoms are a burnt orange/redish color very pretty. They maych my deep red/ maroon bedspread and lamps perfectly. It stands up in all the different ways I fold it (not just the accordian look). I have it sort of in the middle of my room to divide my work area form my bedroom and it does a beautiful job. It came quickly, the workmanship and wood is beautiful- not cheap looking at all. This was money well spent for a beautiful gift for myself!!!

I love the colors and the overall appearance of the screen. It is a perfect divider and background for a bamboo plant. The workmanship is very good. It came perfectly packed and delivery was immediate. I am very pleased with this screen.

I bought two beautiful screens from Overstock. Prices were really good. The quality was superior. They are lovely, light weight and both my husband and I like them. They were already put together and we had nothing to do but stand them up.

The screen is just the right size for the area--To hide a messy Computer and work area. It's art work makes looking at it enjoyable. It isn't just a dark area in that corner of the room.

The printing on this is very pretty, if somewhat subdued. The colors, as mentioned in other reviews, are pretty muted, but that also means that it can look natural with a variety of things. The lighter red of the cherry blossoms works very well with a deep red chaise longue I have next to it. The rice paper used for this is a little different than I expected, but overall the styling is very nice. Not only is this decoration, but in a small apartment, it can be perfect for hiding things you prefer remain out of sight. For instance, I put my vacuum cleaner behind it. It can make the space much more intimate and unified. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and as usual, Overstock's price was substantially lower than anyone else's. Rapid shipping this time, also. :)

This screen is absolutely beautiful and adds a touch of class to my daughter's bedroom, which I just recently redid in red, white and black. Your screen is not only beautiful, but functional as well-we use it to hide whatever area of her bedroom we don't want others to see, whether it's a messy area she hasn't cleaned up or just the radiator in her room, it comes in very handy. It is definitely worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone for use as a showpiece to add elegance, or to help hide those bothersome areas in a room, or even just to use as a changing area-it is a very versatile piece.
