Carved Teak Wood Elephant Storage Box (Thailand)

It is so very beautiful. Better than I expected. Tiny storage area, but that doesn't matter. To be able to create such beauty (and happiness for me) from a piece of wood...what a wonderful gift!

September 11th, 2007 I sent in one review on this, but for some odd reason it was not posted, I don't understand why, I gave it the highest of all ratings possible. I would highly recommend this storage box to everyone, it is just as it is described the value is unbelievable, the appearance is beautiful, and the workmanship is definitely very high quality. I bought this for my son as a gift, after finding out from his oldest daughter (My Oldest Granddaughter) that my son collects elephants. He hasn't recieved it yet, but I'm absolutely positive that he will be very pleased with it, and Surprised! Thx Overstock, you have helped me succeed in finally finding something that my son will enjoy. The quality, beauty, appearance, and value are all awesome, I couldn't rate this any less than a 5! I'd try to keep these in stock, even though they are at "High Risk" at being sold out, they are awesome as gifts, and for just having around the house. box is beautiful, however, the elephant was not attached to the box upon arrival, nothing a bit of gorilla glue couldn't fix.
