'Hello, my name is Jane-Alam and I come from Moradabad, a small town that is now renowned as one of India's biggest exports markets. After finishing school, I joined my family's 100 year-old handcrafts workshop. We specialize in brass decorative and utility products.
'My maternal grandfather was honored with a National Award in recognition of his work. He was a great artisan, and his art has been passed from generation to generation. I was 20 when I started working, and it's been over 30 years since I first started in this field.'

These bells (I bought two) are beautiful! Much finer detail than the picture. Very vibrant colors and a very nice sound. They were shipped directly from India and were VERY well packaged. The photos don't do them justice. If you want to add a bell to your collection or to give as a gift, you won't be disappointed.

I had searched for month's looking for a bell my mother could use when she needed us. I had forgotten to check Overstock. The picture of the Bell does not do the bell justice. When the bell arrived, my mother kept wrapping it up as she said it was to pretty to use. The tone of bell when rung is musical. The quality of the workmanship is excellant. I wish I could send a Thank You note to the family who made the bell.
