Although the price seemes ok, once you look at it in detail, the workmanship of this product is quite poor. It is not heavy enough to place anything of value atop of this pedestal - A child or pet will knock this item over in easily .

I was expecting a lot more..we are remodeling and I am desperate for some oriental accent pieces..so, I kept it.

Packaged very well. Looks great but base not weighted down enough. Can easily be tipped over so you need to place in a low traffic area.
