Story Behind the Art:

'I'm Ani Muniz and I was born in Lima. My sister Beatriz Muniz was and is my greatest source of inspiration. I'd watch her creating her designs and I loved it. I eventually took courses in jewelry making but only to learn the finest finishes. I try to transmit life and joy with each design. It's exciting to see the finished pieces being worn by someone. This fills me with satisfaction. I try on every design that I make, as I am my own harshest critic. Finally, when I'm satisfied with my creation and it feels good, then it is ready to be worn and seen by others. I hope each one of my designs gives you as much joy as they all give me.'
