Story Behind the Art:

'I was born on January 15, 1968. I studied education at the university level, and graduated in 1994. When my sisters came to live here, they looked for jobs to do at home. We craft souvenir products by hand at home, like scented candles and incense sticks. My elder sister, who majored in art, designs the articles. I help with marketing and also create new craft lines. It is satisfying to adapt materials, such as the ceramics and clay that I use with the scented incense sticks. I am always persuading my customers, pointing out the advantages of our handmade craft. I would like to present scented incense in a package that enhances my unique handicraft.'
