I ordered 2 of these for gifts to Mom and girlfriend. One was beautiful. Not as nice as the picture (8 out of 10 compared to the picture). The other was very poor. Part of the amethyst was poorly cut so it was flat. Even my kids (12 and 15) commented on the difference. Very hard to describe but not nice enough to give as a gift.Since they are cheap, I will order one more for a gift and keep the other for myself. Hopefully we'll get a "good" one.

Beautiful candle holder

You won't see a candle holder like this anywhere else--and the price is great! I am giving this to my mom for Christmas. The piece is solid amethyst, quite solid and heavy. Very pretty, nicely cut. There is protective felt on the bottom so the piece won't scratch furniture. I wish this type of item were available in other types of stone, as this is just stunning!
