I thought this would be a cute gift. The stones are the colors shown in the picture but they are muted, which makes the appearance a little dull. The flap doesn't line up, so opening & closing is not smooth. The metal is so soft, it can easily be bent/adjusted into place to close. I expect that the hinges will not hold up to that for long. Reviewers were correct in stating it will go with jeans or formal attire. I imagine it will be a conversation piece due to its uniqueness. The worst feature is the chain. I realize it has to be heavy due to the weight of the purse but a more attractive/flat chain would look better and be more comfortable. Overall, for the price, even if you only use it a half-dozen times, it's a good purchase.

This little bag is beautiful. The work is so intricate and detailed. My only negative (and I am pretty critical) is the lining does not fit properly and some of the metal shows in the seams,but it is inside and most people will never see that flaw. I would recommend this bag. Good for a credit card, a few dollars,lipstick and tissue.

I like this purse because of the uniqueness but the round one is too small. The square one probably had more inside space but was sold out. For the money value it is worth buying. I could probably get lipstick, a very small mirror, keys and that's it. Maybe not my Blackberry!

I thought these would be a really neat gift for bridesmaids - they are all in their 20's, like unique things and I knew I could find a few great beauty products to stick inside.The quality is mediocre and they are much bigger than I expected which makes them kind of awkward. They are not small enough to be a sort of "clutch" or oversized change purse like I pictured but they are not big enough to be a full on handbag.Plus - I don't like the chain strap. It's not practical or comfortable. I may try to fine some sort of leather keychain that can be clipped on and take off the chain strap

These handbags make perfect year round gifts. They are small, but will hold your necessities (lipstick, makeup, keys, etc.). Looks great with casual and dress attire. You will love this bag, and everyone that gives you a compliment will want to know where you bought it.

Gave this stunning handmade pocketbook to my girlfriend who just turned 60. She is going to a fancy ball and is ecstatic to use the new addition to compliment her black evening dress. She was very happy with her new gift which made me very happy as well. Great gift for a great price.

I have been looking at this on Overstock for a couple of months. I finally decided to go ahead and order the round one. I am so glad I did! It's much nicer than I expected. I love unique things and being very petite myself, I love very small hand bags. I will carry it with jeans mostly, but it can definately go dressy as well. My phone fits in it along with keys, ID and a credit card or two. Mine has sort of muted jewel tone colors and the metal is pewter color. It also came with extra stones and a cloth storage bag. Very well done.

I had this sent to my daughter at college ==she raves about it. It is very well made, lined with a velvet type material inside, She carries it with jeans as well as evening outfits!! Her friends want to know where she got it. I told her Overstock. They can hardly believe the quality of the purse at this remarkable price!!! PS. my daughter said this really should be SIX STARS!!!!

This bag is so cute! It is VERY small, but I read other reviews before I purchased it so I was expecting it to be very small. The quality is very nice, the value is great, and I would definitely recommend this product. It makes a great little gift--especially for women who like to have unique things.

I got this little bag to go with my mother of the groom dress and it was perfect! The craftmanship is impeccable and the design unique. It is a real eye catcher. I rated it a little lower on comfort because the chain had a few little pieces that stuck out and poked my arm, but they were easily removed. Please note, also, that it is quite small. I could only fit in a lipstick a couple of credit cards and my cell phone. But all the girls who saw it absolutely loved it! For the price it can't be beat!

This is a unique purse, although it is on the small side. They crafter who makes the bag adds additional stones in case one comes off. I LOVE it; I always like the unusal bags/purse this fits the bill. It would be helpful to put measurements so customers have an idea on the actual size.

Love the bag! I actually expected the bag to be smaller. I was pleasantly surprised because this bag will allow me to place a few things in it (make up, phone, mirror, change purse, etc.). I frequently go to formal events, and this bag will be a perfect finish to one of my gowns! Thanx O.com!

This bag is very cute, hip and very very chic. Yes, the big stone on the back is fairly large, and the clear glue does show a bit, but it's ok (for me) it's gives this bag a lot character. Remember this is not a factory piece, it's an artisan hand made bag.
I plan on wearing it with a silver/peweter colored, floor-lenth ball gown, I wanted the funky little bag to add some "pop" to the evening gown. I know it will be a hit, and will surley draw attention; what every girls wants...
