This factory is located in the Guangdong region of mainland China and is run by a wonderful family. The father is the main person in charge and employs many family members. Day to day operations are run by an aunt while the son is being groomed to take over once his father retires. Over 300 skilled and non-skilled craftsman work together, passing knowledge and craftsmanship from generation to generation. The working conditions of this group are excellent.

Sorry - Looks nice but fair/poor quality shades damaged , no longer a value if you have to go out & buy new shades

Lamp is a lovely addition to our new decor. The shade was slightly bent when it arrived, but I was able to straighten it with a little work. It has the look of much more expensive lamps. The shade is very nice, also. I was a little apprehensive to buy a lamp without being able to look up close and feel it, but this one did NOT disappoint me.
