Story Behind the Art:
The family company was begun in 1983 by Jose Valdez. They originally specialized in creating solid gold jewelry. When the economy became too depressed, gold jewelry no longer sold well locally. So they decided to create gold filled jewelry with the same skill and quality as solid gold but for an affordable price. They now employ family members as well as local artisans to work within the shop, creating jewelry inspired by the culture and history of Mexico. Thanks to the ability to sell online they are able to sell their jewelry worldwide, supporting both their families and employees.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.

These bangles are very pretty, however, i wish they were more solid. The bangles are very fragile and I am afraid I might break them! The bangles are very thin. However, the design is very pretty. The bracelet is prettier in person than in the pictures.
