But it's beautiful anyway. I was looking for a white ceramic garden stool for my newly-remodeled bathroom, and this one was different from others I'd seen, and available at a good price. The description said it was white, but it's really kind of a grey-ish white, not a bright white at all (I would have given it five stars if it was bright white). Nevertheless, it does look quite good and it's working perfectly well with my bathroom decor. I put a battery operated candle inside it that just happens to have a timer, so my stool is lit up by what looks like real candlelight for most of the night--I love it!

I am enjoying this garden stool. It is being used by my bed under a round mahogany pie crust table as a "magazine" holder. The quality and size were on target. I had to put FELT on the bottom to prevent my hardwood floor from being scratched. It blends with my snow white accessories. I was worried when I first removed it from the box b/c it appeared to have a celadon tint. Upon placing it next to my toile black and white curtains and white accessories on the walls, it matches just fine. I like it and am considering purchasing another.

I ordered this to used as an occasional table between two chairs in our living room. It's large enough to handle a cocktail glass or two without requiring a full table in that spot which would have crowded the room. It's nice and level, providing a stable surface and I love the clean, modern lines of it. Ialmost ordered a different one from Z Gallerie until I realized it was made out of resin AND way more $$$$!!!!!!!

I bought these in three colors - white, black, and green - for my decks. Sturdy enough to be a stool, but I'm using them more as side tables. More modern than the traditional chinese pattern versions. Great price for the quality level and size (these are larger than most of the porcelain stools available). Wish I had the budget to order another of each color!

I got this to function as an endtable and, while it was a bit short, it fits the bill. The color is pretty close to what appears on my monitor. The bottom is quite rough so I ended up putting it on a plant stand to protect my floors. This also corrects the height issue. Price was good and I would purchase another one if I had the need.

My parents have been leaving this out on their covered concrete porch all year long in Washington, DC, despite instructions to take it in the winter, and so far it's held up fine. The color was slightly grayer than I was expecting, but it's still very pretty, and it works great as a seat or little table. Goes with anything. You may want to put felt pads on the bottom if it is to be used on a delicate surface, since it's rough clay on the bottom.
