I have found myself collecting unusual strings of pearls and these fit the bill. Inexpensive and a perfect fit. They are unusually shaped as they are freshwater pearls. I will have to replace the hook fastener as it is sterling silver and I have to bend it back and forth to fasten around my neck. I'm afraid I'll bend it too much one day and snap the hook.

It was a nice gift to myself. I purchased the matching bracelet also.

This is a pretty necklace. The pearls are not first rate. You get what you pay for on the pearls, but unless you look closely you can't see the imperfections. I don't understand why anyone would put the type of clasp that was on this necklace. I've never seen such a cheap and ridiculous clasp. It broke after using it about 3 times. Fortunately for me I have the know how and the necessary pieces and equipment to put a new clasp on, but unless you plan on replacing the clasp do not buy this necklace. The clasp will need to be replaced because it will break.

I am very pleased with the necklace and would certainly recommend the purchase to anyone interested in an elegant-looking yet economical piece of jewelry. It is a very becoming piece of jewelry and I have received numerous compliments when wearing it.

This necklace a vwery classy piece. Yes some of the pearls are not perfect and the clasp is a little cheap but I recieved it for a christmas gift and I love it.

Bougth this as a gift along with the bracelet. Compared to other pearl and sterling peices, the value this bacelet and neclece were great. I wouldn't recommend this as a formal peice, but it will work great with a suit for work or as an everyday peice. Some of the pearls have imperfections and you have to pry the clasp open and closed to make it secure.

I got this for my mom's birthday. She absolutely loved it! My only concern is that the clasp is very weird and doesn't look very sturdy. But she had no complaints. So I give it an A!

I wanted a pearl necklace to wear with suits to work. This product does the job! It's heavy and beautiful. At 20", it fits well and hangs just right around my middle age neck. It's a wonderful value.

The necklace was a little disappointing in that one of the pearls has a noticeable "hump" in it which is distracting if that pearl is not turned so it will not show. Overall, it is not as attractive as the picture illustrates it.

This necklace is very pretty but when I received it the clasp was so stiff I could barely open it to try it on. There wasn't even a box for it, it came in a plastic baggie with a velvet OVERSTOCK pouch and this was a gift so I had to find a special box to package it in which made it look cheap. If you're buying this for yourself then it may not be an issue but I wouldn't recommend this for a gift purchase.

I wasn't expecting perfection, but this is only fit for a child playing dress-up. The beads are more irregular than the picture shows with ridges and points. Some of the pearls look like two pearls glued together. The very worst (the reason why it is fit for only dress-up) is that some of the pearls are damaged. They look like someone took a file to them, leaving flat discolored spots. Cheap plastic beads would look better than this.
