Avi and his team of skilled craftsmen work in our studio and factory in Ramat-Gan, a suburb of Tel-Aviv, Israel. Avi designs every piece of jewelry and personally supervises every step of the creative process. Every piece of Avi Soffer Designs jewelry is a work of art of the highest quality. High-quality is maintained through high volume of production in large quantities.

Smokey Quartz Ring
I am so disappointed with this ring. This is my first returned item to O - I really am usually very happy with the stuff I get. The ring is SUPER light weight for a sterling silver ring of this size (which honestly made me wonder if it was solid sterling silver, or just plated). Where the quartz is embedded into the ring, there is either very bad sodering (molding of the metal) or there is glue caked on the ring. Beyond that, there seems to be a fake silver shine on it - as if was dipped on, or something. I am a ring LOVER and LOVE sterling silver. This one is a super bummer - and way to expensive for the quality. I bought another SS ring on O and it was 1/3 the price and I LOVE IT!!! Be warned.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The picture is as seen on screen, however, I was under the impression (I guess for the price, and hearing "quartz" and "sterling silver") that the ring would have some substantial weight to it - given all of the silver and the size of the ring. This was not the case IMO. The ring leave a lot to be desired. The silver is POOR and has glue on it from setting the quartz - either that or it is a really bad sodering job of the metal.

Stunning appearance
The sterling band & setting are impressive. The smokey quartz stone is exactly the color I wanted to complement brown apparel. I couldn't ask for a better fit.
