I would highly recommend this necklace. The size is just right (not too small), and the craftsmanship is superb. I've recieved many compliments on it, and have worn it many times. If there were earrings to match I would have gotten those too. Roman glass is very similar to abalone shell in color, but abalone shell is not a piece of history!
