Story Behind the Art:
Thailand's Srimuang has always created jewelry for her friends. 'I love my freedom and I love art,' she says. 'I enjoy working in the garden where the air is fresh and I can come up with new ideas for my jewelry. Travel helps me get ideas for new designs. My aunt makes jewelry and she has been very kind to me. So that I could study in a good school in Chiang Mai, I went to stay with her and learned all about jewelry. It made my life so much better, and my parents are happy and proud of me.'
