Sterling Silver 'Nostalgia' Amethyst Flower Necklace (India)

I bought this for my mother-in-law. Her birthstone is amethyst. The necklace arrived in a gorgeous box (fitting coming from India). It was red with yellow or gold thread designs and the inside was a black velvet material. The box alone was a nice touch. The necklace within was so beautiful. The stone is so well cut and fits so well with the silver leaf design surrounding it. I wanted to keep this necklace for myself it was so great...but I'm not that selfish. She absolutely loved it. The necklace itself was a little too small for her preference, so we had to get a slightly longer one to replace it, but I personally thought it was a decent size. The charm is rather large compared to others I've seen, so the slightly smaller necklace size would make the charm fit appropriately on the neck/upper chest region. While the price was a little high for our budget, it was extremely well made and totally worth every cent!!
