I saw the dimensions before I bought this, so I knew it would be small, but was disappointed at exactly how small it turned out to be. It's really pretty, and appears to be good quality (I haven't had a chance to use it yet), but it's too small to even hold my cell phone. So it's just not practical to carry to a wedding or other event. Also, I'm thinking it's so small that it'll look odd carrying it around like an evening bag. I'm keeping it though because I love the concept of a real silver purse and it's so pretty. But just keep in mind that if you're buying it to also serve a practical purpose, it may not do that because of its size.
