These garnet and peridot earrings were by far my favorite piece of jewelry from Overstock. They are rich in old world style and yet, unique and beautiful. The craftsmanship is the finest I've seen. The silver is rich, not skimpy and thin.....just perfect! They can be worn day or night and in combination with other necklaces and bracelets to compliment an outfit. I'm very pleased ...pleasantly surprised at the beauty and top quality workmanship.

Pretty earrings. I like them a lot, but would not pay any more for them had I seen them in person first . (Eg they look the amount I paid for them, whereas a lot of overstock merchandise look more expensive than cost). The red is a little more brown than the ruby color I was expecting, but they're still lovely. Measurements are accurate. Huge plus is the weight -- not heavy on the ears, but still substantia. They feel like they will last.

they have the weight of a quality product yet aren't too heavy to pull on my ears (women will know what I'm talking about.) They look like they cost so much more than the price. Fine quality jewlery.

I loved these earrings on the website & out of the box. However, when wearing them, they hang sideways & when you are looking in the mirror head-on & all you see is the chunky silver mounting. The workmanship is otherwise beautiful & the colors of the gemstones work well with many outfits. They can be worn dressy or casual. They are lighter in weight than what I imagined & do not pull down on your earlobe - so that is a plus! The picture above shows the silver to have a golden look, that is just the trick of the pic - they are brightly polished silver with antiquing in the front. Also, the picture seems to widen them a bit, they are slightly more narrow than what is shown.

I gave this as a gift, they are so pretty, great workmanship, 3-dimensional and not too heavy. I may have to buy a pair for myself

These earrings arrived with lovely sparkling stones in a unique setting that draws attention. The color combination, garnet and peridot, has made them a bit difficult to pair with outfits, but the workmanship is excellent and the stones very attractive. The earring stems were damaged in shipment causing them to be crooked. I straightened them myself, and the workmanship and materials have proven they can take even this severe abuse and still hang beautifully.

These earrings are very beautiful and exotic. I plan on giving them to my younger sister for her birthday, as she was born in Jan., thus the Garnet , and I was born in Aug., which is Peridot. So she'll have me with her when she wears them. I know she'll love them as this is her type of earring. They came well packaged, and very quickly.

Earrings were gorgeous, definately a great buy! Highly recommend.

You will LOVE these! I bought them for a girlfriend and came back to buy them for more girlfriends. The picture doesn't do them justice ... the silver is very shiny and the stones are perfect.

This was a birthday present for my Daughter-in-law. She was very pleased with the look of the earrings. She was very pleased they came from India. This is her homeland. Thanks for another great product.

I love these earrings. I've had my eye on them for some time, but kept putting off buying them. I'm very glad I finally took the plunge and bought them. They're beautifully made, beautifully styled, and can be worn with just about any outfit for a touch of exotic elegance.

These earrings are larger than i expected and they are gorgeous! Delightful colors, nice heavy style. Only negative is the posts appeared weak, I'm afraid if I use them too much they will snap off. Otherwise - beautiful!

my birthstone is peridot and I love the combo with the garnets. It is an attractive earring and I have received compliments when I wear them. definitely a good buy!

These earrings have a great "ethnic" appearance in their design and will add a sparkle to most any outfit. My sister will love them. I like that they have a post top and are don't just dangle from hooks like most dangling earrings. It gives them greater stability on the ears.

When I received them, I found that these earrings look pretty much just like they do online & are really beautiful. Only drawback is that they are kind of heavy. Also that I'd prefer loop earrings--just a personal preference b/c I always loose the backs!

I was a little worried about ordering these because of some of the other reviews. But do not believe a single one of the negative ones!These are beautiful!!!!!! They are smaller than I expected but it's great. My mother doesn't like big earrings. I just can't say enough about how perfect these are. They're reasonably priced but look like they could be worth TONS more. I'm really excited about them!Thank you Overstock!!!!

Well constructed, heavy and beautiful. I love garnets and these are lovely.

The earrings are nice, but packaging is not good if you are giving as a gift.
