Sterling Silver Faceted Oval Rainbow Moonstone Ring (Indonesia)

Received this ring as a gift I was going to give my wife. She enjoys simple pieces like this. But upon open the box, immediately was disappointed with the quality or should say lack of quality of the stone. It was cloudy and the entire surface area was loaded with scratches. It was NOT attractive at all. The ring itself was made a of a very thin metal. Felt very cheap. Put right back in the box and contacted Overstock.com for an RA. They were prompt in getting me the RA, but I got HIT WITH A RESTOCKING FEE! That's just nonsense! They also added to that shipping BOTH ways. So I wound up losing money on the return, not back to zero but a loss to me. Very disappointing!! Overstock needs to realize that there are many options to buy such as Amazon, Zappos that make it a pleasure to shop online and returns aren't painful. I'm not giving the ring a poor review because of my dissatisfaction with Overstock, it was truly terrible. But buyer beware here on this site, as if you are unhappy with your purchase, it will cost you. So think twice before hitting the "add to cart".
