These were exactly what I was hoping for to replace a favorite pair of recently lost oval cabochon amethyst & sterling earrings I had designed & had made many years ago. Though these stones are faceted, & aren't as dark or as high-qulaity as the original pair, the overall look is similar, and every time I wear them, I get tons of compliments. More importantly, I love them!
