I own this EXACT same ring. I bought it at Target. The price was lower than the one advertised here. It's pretty and I love it but I don't know about the "handcrafted" part.

I loved the ring, but was very disappointed that I could not wear it for long. I have to pay to repair something that lasted only a short time. The back of the ring (band) broke. Other than that it was a beatiful ring and fit perfectly.
