This product was created in Central India. When the British removed its armed forces from the region in the late 40's a majority of the industries available for the local economy went with them. Wonderful!
While reading some of the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about buying these candle holders, but decided to gamble anyway, and am very glad that I did! They are the perfect size and color for the location that I had chosen to display them, and they just added that "finishing touch" to the room. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase, and would reccomend to anyone to buy them.

Nice product for the money
these candle holders are much larger and beefier than I expected, but look amazing on display. I intended to purchase them as a center piece on my kitchcen table, but they are so tall it was touching the light fixture. Suggest measuring prior to purchase if you have an intended purpose. I did find an alternate place to show case them, and look much more expensive than what they retailed for.

These candle holders are beautiful! They are a little more cherry in color than in the picture but, nonetheless the color is rich and warm and simply gorgeous. They look lovely on my mantle. Great deal for the price!
