I adore this beautifully sculptered owl. I cannot help stopping to look at it everytime I pass it sitting on my beautifully carved desk I got last year from Overstock. And then to follow up by looking at it to find the baby owl inside it , and then find inside an even smaller owl! It would make a very unique present, and you know it's of quality because it's a Novica product.

I was very pleased with this item. I purchased as a gift for my husband for valentines day because he likes birds and the thaught of it being carved from soap stone was interesting. Excellant workmanship and detail. very unique peice of art work.

This owl is absolutely beautiful! Workmanship is incredible! I was a tad bit skepitcal when ordering about the size ... but it doesn't seem so small when it's being displayed. It's plenty big enough to see and be amazed at the detail of this piece. Definately a conversation piece. To see the owl inside the owl inside the owl ... makes me wonder how it was carved!! Tremendous talent!
