I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this product was just not what I had expected at all. I ordered this necklace as a birthday gift for my mother and my heart sank when I opened it. From a distance it looks pretty nice but up close I could see that I would have been much better off picking up beads from a craft store and making this myself...the "freshwater pearls" are obviously not real, and for the price, it's just not worth it.

I ordered this as a gift for my mother in law and thought it appeared very elegant - the "sliver" clasps are made of plastic - it looks like a teenager's beaded necklace - Wonderful service from Overstock however - always great. Will be returning the necklace.

I love this necklace. It's the perfect length. Looks classy with work clothes. I thought the Price was very reasonable for the craftsman ship.
