Story Behind the Art:
My name is Sukirti. I was born in northern Thailand, the birthplace for many interesting handicrafts. With basic education completed, I started working as a commission-based salesperson at a jewelry retail store. That's when I started designing jewelry. With help from local silversmiths and artisans, I designed my marcasite ring collection. This has allowed the other local rural artisans a chance of earning their livelihood.

Something an elderly lady would wear to church
I bought the proud pheasant necklace. Like others are saying, its much, much larger than the picture makes it look. It's palm sized, and as I titled, reminds me of something an old woman would wear with a pants suit. It's also attached to a very long, cheap necklace. I'll be returning it.

I was somewhat disappointment in this product. It is larger than I expected and not the quality expected. Pictures don't always show the true product.

I bought this necklace for my grandmother because she loves elephants. I guess i didn't pay enough attention to the size because when i receieved the necklace it is A WHOLE LOT bigger than I expected. It reminds me of like bling, so I will be returning this necklace.
