Story Behind the Art:
Lai describes her jewelry in her own words: 'I work 7 days a week but I love what I do because it is fun for me. I've been approached by customers speaking in many different languages. I don't understand their exact words but I have been able to understand their meaning because they're talking about the art that I have designed and am passionate about. It is not hard for me to visualize how to put the natural stones into these floral designs because I love doing it!'

Beautiful piece of jewelry
This is a beautifully handcrafted piece of jewelry. The perls are a lovely feminine opalescent pink. The pearls are a variety of seed pearls and fresh water pearls are seculrely held together by a wire that seems to give it it's substance. The wiring on the necklace part of the piece are covered with pink opalescent beads that match it perfectly. At the end of each side ther are seed pearls. I expect to get compliments on this when I wear it. The earrings are also very nice but a little small for my taste...but I like bigger jewelry...make no mistake I will be wearing them quite happily. I will be purchasing more jewelry from these artisans.
