Story Behind the Art:

'My name is Shikha Singh. As a child, I would paint and absorb images from all the fashion magazines I could get my hands on. With time, I could discern what was in and out of style. I wanted to pursue this love of fashion, and took a course in merchandising. Thereafter, I had the opportunity to work for Tarun Tahiliani, India's premier designer. I was thrilled. I find inspiration in my home country. Beautiful things in India's colorful market fuel our work. This I mix and match with experiences and with everything I see around me to create original designs.'
