Our Asian inspired Silk Hanging Lamps are designed by the Om Gallery design team and handcrafted exclusively by Om Gallery. We focus on quality, blending aesthetics and functionality. This Lamp is made in a village near Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) under the guidance of Mr. Hiue Chau and his family. The Chau family business supports many talented craftsmen and artisans in the village and surrounding area. A portion of the proceeds for each lamp is donated to fund health care services and educational opportunities for the artisans and their families that are employed in the making of this lamp.

Color off...but wonderful once lit up!
I really loved it once I hung it up and had a light in it! I have had it hung only a few hours (in my classroom) and others are wanting one too. The color, with the light on, does look like the pictured item. Unlit the color takes on a different hue. Personally, I like it.
- Did the color match the color displayed onsite? Yes, but it also had a sheen to it like the other person had mentioned in their review.

Color is OFF
I love these - pretty, well made, gorgeous fabric. BUT, if you're thinking you'll get the color shown on the webpage you'll be disappointed. Because it's actually TWO colors - it's a color changing fabric which while beautiful, it doesn't work with my color scheme - as in this changes to PURPLE. Nope - doesn't work at all. These are going back and I sure wish the dual-colors had been noted in the description.
