I purchased the glasses and had them sent directly to my youngest son who is a chef for a birthday present. What do you buy someone that is in the food industry? These glasses are just beautiful and I'm giving them as a wedding present. They were beyond my expectations!

I gave the glasses as a wedding gift. I was not able to actually handle or see them in person but the person I gave them to was present via webcam at her shower when she recieved them and she held them up. We all really loved them. Her comment was that they were nice and heavy, not thin and flimsy like a lot of wine glasses. My only complaint is that when I sent them there was no "gift" provision such as a card to send with the package. I ordered them in the past for a wedding gift and I will be ordering them again for another one that is coming up.

These would make a great gift.. but i bought them for ME ! this glassware is very sturdy and beautiful. great for everyday use or special occasion.Also bought the matching tumblers which are just as nice.
