Enhance your decor with the enchantment of ancient Persia with this exotic Bakhtiari rug. Woven in the central Iranian provinces of Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari, these are among the most prized Persian rugs. The luxurious wool of the region and the expert craftsmanship of the rugweavers have made these rugs famous throughout the world. The Bakhtiari tribe, from which these rugs get their name, is one of the most ancient and respected Persian tribes. Today there are nearly 200 villages in the Char Mahal area, each producing unique designs. Bakhtiari patterns tend to be mostly geometric, sometimes semi-geometric, but seldom curvilinear. The designs are usually very crowded and the colors are rich and bright. The most common Bakhtiari design is a paneled garden design consisting of square, rectangular, diamond or hexagon compartments filled with a floral motif such as a willow tree, cypress tree, bush, or grapevine. This charming rug features a ivory border and navy colored interior. With accents of , yellow, burgundy, brown and green, this rug really ties a room together. Excellent Product
These mirrors are an exceptional value. The workmanship is quite nice, and the few imperfections are simply due to the fact that they are handmade, which only adds to their charm. They make perfect gifts, but I guarantee you'll be wanting to keep one for yourself! I highly recommend these mirrors.

Not Quite Up to Par
I ordered the mirrors and was delighted when they arrived in their satin pouches. It is a beautiful idea, and I generally find the product acceptable. However, at least one of the mirrors I received had the color chipping off the edge. I understand that it is handmade and expected some differences between the mirrors but the paint chipping shouldn't have happened.

Awesome item
This is a great item to purchase either for yourself or as a gift! The size is perfect as it fits easily in ones hand - the colour selection is also wonderful and they each come in their own independent 'bag' which only makes it look better. The fact that this is handmade adds such value to this item. I bought one set of these and liked it so much that I didnt want to give them all away so I bought another set and still ended up keeping some! You cant go wrong with this item --- enjoy :)

Beautiful
These were very beautiful pieces, though a bit small. I gave them out as part of my gifts to my bridesmaids and everyone loved them because they are so unique. The silky covering is a bit flimsy though and doesn't really protect the mirror. But it was still a very nice gift.

not what was expected
I purchased these for a gift but was disappointed when I got them. Hand made is wonderful, but these lacked uniformity. Pretty, but not something I could give as a gift.

Pretty mirrors
As previous people have said, the quality of these was a little inconsistant. Some of them looked perfect and beautiful while others had some imperfections, and not the type that make it look handmade and special. I planned on giving some away as gifts and didn't have plans for all of them. This is good since there were a couple I would not have wanted to give away because of the imperfections. Overall though they are a lovely product and great for the price!
