I bought these as a gift for my sister and she loved them, but I was disappointed. They were a christmas gift so I didn't really have time to exchange them for something else. I like the product I received, but I wish the picture was more accurate because I felt deceived. In the picture, the coasters are blue, black, and white. The coasters I received were all blue with no black and white. Just the outlines of the animals were carved onto them but they weren't painted. They were also a little small for coasters.

I agree with other reviews that the coasters are smaller than normal size coasters, however, the detail and design is very attractive. The blue is very pretty. If they were normal size instead of a bit small, they would be perfect; however, I'm still satisfied with my purchase.

These coasters are really pretty! The blue really pops. The only downsize is their size. I didn't read the size before buying, and they're so small they're not very practical. It's hard to set a drink on them without thinking it might slip off. I will keep them more for decoration than purpose.

When I visited Kenya last year, I brought home a small soapstone dish. I bought this to give to a friend but I think I am going to keep it. It makes a wonderful accent item and the blue is gorgeous. The coasters are heavy and substantial.
